For the home buyer: The cost of a home inspection is small relative to the value of the home being inspected. It's important to understand the condition of your investment. A home inspection will give you the knowledge you need to make an informed home-buying decision.

For the Home seller: A Move-In Certified Seller Inspection alerts you to any defects or problems with your home so that you can address them before prospective buyers discover them. You can then take the time you need to obtain reasonable repair estimates. Show prospective buyers that you're dealing in good faith. Justify your full asking price by having your home pre-inspected now. 

Prices are based on the heated square footage of the home.

   50 - 1,000 Sq Ft = $350.00

1,001 - 2,000 Sq Ft = $375.00

2,001 - 2,500 Sq Ft = $400.00

2,501 - 3,000 Sq Ft = $425.00

3,001 - 3,500 Sq Ft = $450.00

3,501 - 4,000 Sq Ft = $475.00

4,001 - 4,500 Sq Ft = $500.00

4,501 - 5,000 Sq Ft = $525.00

I offer a discount for all active-duty military and veterans of the United States Armed Forces. For larger homes or additional costs such as homes over 50 years old and/or other structures not attached to the home please contact me for a free quote. Thermal Imaging is included with every inspection. Thermal Imaging can identify and document moisture intrusion, energy loss, and even unexpected hot spots.
